Yoga has so many benefits for our mental and physical health. It can increase flexibility and muscle tone, protect against injury, and create a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
In this one hour class, Rebecca will guide you through a series of poses to leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and rejuvenated. The class is suitable for all levels of ability – you don’t need to have practised yoga before, and everyone is welcome.
I look forward to meeting you soon. Please bring your own mat as I only have a few spares.
