Our experience and expertise in the provision of service to our patrons in these areas has grown over the last few years.

We are now regarded as a major provider in meeting really good value for a very high quality service.

Horntye Park, staff are dedicated in making your event something special and one that will remain in your memory for a long time. We have three rooms, which are considered ideal for parties and weddings.

• Cornwallis Suite
• Club Room
• Long Room
• Games Room

Each of these rooms has good vantage points giving exceptional views of the Cricket / Sports Ground and to the sea views.

All of the rooms can be located within easy reach of the main reception area called the Mezzanine.

Cornwallis Suite

Hexagonal Room measuring 11.5m from wall to wall. Capable of providing comfortable space for about 80 guests for waitress service and 100 - 120 for a buffet style menu.

The Cornwallis Suite is on the upper ground floor and overlooks the All Weather Pitches and Cricket Ground with superb distant views to the sea. There is a balcony circumferencing the room, which affords our guests the opportunity of relaxing outside in the open air.

The Cornwallis suite is a very attractive room and its shape gives one the opportunity to decorate in a style that nay be chosen for the event to make the occasion something really special.

There is good easy access to this high and airy room, which is carpeted around the perimeter and offers a dance floor in the center, above which is a balloon net.

Disco or live music can easily be set up in this room. A twin bar facility is within the room and close proximity, which avoids any long wait, to be served. The majority of the hexagonal shaped room wall space is glazed and this gives panoramic views from the room, a brilliant feature in good weather, which is enhanced by the pinnacle shaped glass roof structure above.

Whatever format your function necessitates, the room table layout can be designed and set to meet your needs. Ladies, Gents and disabled toilets are in close proximity.

This room can be hired by the hour as per requirements or by the session.

Lower Club Room

This room mirrors the Cornwallis Suite with the exception of the balcony as it's location is on the lower ground floor, adjacent to the Cricket Pitch and the All Weather Pitch.

Access is easy via the wide fronted pathway, directly from the free car parking areas. This room is ideal for a wide range of parties and functions particularly associated with sport, where constant access is required.

The room is supplied with its own bar facilities providing an extensive range of refreshment to the kitchen / pantry for the catering service.

Primarily, this room, when being used for a party or wedding would be more suited to a buffet style menu, thus giving the guests increased flexibility of uses. It is also very popular for special Theme event evenings.

The Long Room or Pavilion Room

Is beautifully positioned in the middle of the upper ground floor overlooking the centre of the main cricket field. The internal measurements. Of this room are 10.5M x 5m. The outside wall is predominately glass with heavy-duty curtains, should they be required to be drawn. Double door access is centrally placed, with outer doors, also centrally placed leading to a pavilion balcony, ultimately leading to a wide stairway to the Cricket area.

This room is ideal for the small party / wedding and in particular children's parties. It is serviced with its own bar facilities and is close to all necessary services.

The Games Room

This is a small room 4.5M x 3.5M adjacent to the Long Room which is separated by a sliding wooden room divider. The room is of particular value when the Long Room is being used for a party or Wedding function and can be used when a small room is of the necessity.
